The range of Brocard wines which are entirely biodynamically farmed goes under the title of Les Sept Lieux but effectively it is the name Julien Brocard which stands out on the label. For this range, Julien has selected vines in the best spots of certain holdings. All of which are farmed biodynamically and certified by Demeter. Everything is done by hand and the results are impressive. Look out for Petit Chablis Les Plantes, Chablis La Boissoneuse, Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey, Chablis 1er Cru Côte de Léchet and Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses.
