Question: Where to go in Burgundy for fine quality at fair prices? Answer: to the very best producers of the Côte Chalonnaise. I have chosen six of my personal favourite producers who leap out of the ordinary, as viewed through the prism of the deliciously accessible 2017 vintage. Two whites and four reds will help us to explore this often overlooked region.
