There are many rituals over Christmas in the Morris household. We celebrate it on both 24th, Scandinavian fashion, and again on 25th in English style. I fill in the details, while we taste a selection of wines that should adorn the Christmas table. Make sure to have a hunk of mature Comte cheese to nibble at alongside Jean Macle’s Château Chalon.
