In the past four decades, Mr. Jasper Morris MW has established a reputation as one of the world’s most knowledgeable experts on the wines of Burgundy. He has been a Master of Wine since 1985 and is author of Inside Burgundy (2010), which won the prestigious André Simon award.
As a renowned wine region in eastern France, many wineries experience the prestigious geographical location to produce the world’s finest and sought-after wines. This time, we are honoured to invite Mr. Jasper Morris MW to participate in the first wine dinner in 2024 and present a total of 13 exceptional Burgundy wines from three distinct domains, namely Domaine Jean-Paul & Benoît Droin, Domaine Sylvie Esmonin and Domaine Confuron Cotetidot, which enjoy the unique terroir, along with rich history and traditional winemaking techniques to produce complex and nuanced wines from the region.
On this special evening, Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef Lam Yuk Ming has designed a bespoke six-course menu with exquisite Cantonese fare to complement the unique wine selection.
