Adrien (vines) and Camille (winemaking and sales) are taking over operations from their father Alain, himself the third generation of Besson vignerons after Eugène and Félix. The vineyards are ploughed and the grands crus (Vaudésir and a tiny slice of Les Clos) harvested by hand. Stainless steel vinification is tempered by a small percentage of barrel ageing for the crus.
