Philippe Goulley was one of the first vignerons in Chablis to go organic in 1991, with certification since 2005. His daughter Maude is now becoming involved while the wines can also be seen under his mother’s name, Simone Tremblay – another branch of this classic Chablis name.

The domaine is based in La Chapelle Vaupelteigne and works around mostly old vines, vinification with natural yeasts and maturation in tank for up to 18 months. I would like to know these wines better but they are rare, especially in France as most is exported.
