A mini-cooperative set up by three producers: Etienne Boileau, William Nahan and Christian Simon in 1987. The individual producer’s names may also be used in some markets. By 2019 the founding trio had retired and the organisation is now run by Arnaud Nahan and Thomas Labille. The domaine has now grown to 35ha in all. Petit Chablis excluded, the wines can be matured for 15 to 18 months before bottling, with a proportion raised in barrel.
