An excellent small domaine based in Chichée, now run by Didier Picq (vinification) and his brother Pascal (vineyards). They joined their father (Gilbert) in 1976 and 1980 respectively, with domaine bottling beginning the year after. All their wines – various cuvees of Chablis, including special bottlings of Vaudécorse, Dessus La Carrière and Vieilles Vignes, Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin and Chablis 1er Cru Vosgros– are capable of ageing for ten years. The wines are made in stainless steel using natural yeasts.
